What does "Brand New" condition mean?

Brand New items are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Brand New apparel is unworn, though some items may have their label removed or marked. Check the condition description of specific items for more details.

What does "No imperfection found" condition mean?

“No imperfection found” items look and feel new. The packaging may show wear.

What does "Used - Very Good" condition mean?

Used – Very Good items are fully functional, and may show signs of minor wear. They may come repackaged. All items are professionally inspected to ensure 100% working condition.

What does "Missing" or "Damage" condition mean?

“Missing” or “Damage” items are in good condition in general, however they will have a missing piece or show damage sign. We do our best to highlight every imperfection in pictures and in condition description. Please always refer to the pictures as they are pictures of the actual item.

Where do you get your products?

We get our products from major U.S. retailers and manufacturers, who need to quickly move overstock, open box & refurbished inventory.

How are your prices so low?

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All of our products are sourced from major retailers and name-brand manufacturers.

What is the "List Price" of a product?

The “List Price” is the full retail price for an item in brand-new condition suggested by the manufacturer or a comparative estimate of the standard pricing across a range of other retailers.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Fairnbright.com is required to collect sales tax and you will see that amount calculated and added to your purchase at time of check out. For more information about your obligations, visit our terms of service page.

I can no longer find an item I saw here previously. When will it be back on Fairnbright.com?

Because of our competitive pricing, expect a high sell-out risk on popular items. We can’t predict when we’ll have individual items back in stock.

Are prices on Fairnbright negotiable?

We offer unbeatable discounts on high-quality inventory and we don’t negotiate prices.

What form of payment method is accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How does Fairnbright.com calculate sales tax?

For provinces where Fairnbright is obligated to collect sales tax, the tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined province and local rate for the address where your order is approved or shipped. Therefore, the tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it would be for the same order shipped to your work address.

We try to estimate the amount of tax you’ll pay as you’re placing the order. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when your order ships. This can result in your estimated tax being different from the sales tax we ultimately charge to your order.

Tax-exempt purchases will show an estimated sales tax at checkout. Once the order ships, your invoice will reflect charges less the sales tax.

You can view the sales tax for your Fairnbright.com order in your Order Confirmation email or by viewing your order history within your Fairnbright.com account. You’ll see a breakdown of charges within the order summary, including any sales tax, if applicable.

Will I see the sales tax before I purchase?

Yes, you will see an estimated sales tax charge before you complete your purchase.

Can I see a photo of the actual item I'm purchasing?

Please refer to the photos displayed on our product detail pages, which are representative of the item you will receive.

Shipping Information

How does shipping work?

Unfortunately we do not yet offer a shipping service. Customers will have to arrange their own shipping by going to our warehouse located at 1012 Rue Des Fabricants in Terrebonne.

Does Fair n Bright ship internationally?

Orders placed on Fair n Bright.com can only be locally picked up at our warehouse.

How does local pickup work?

After confirming your cart you will need to checkout and select a date to go at the pickup location, you will be able to examine the item and pay in person by all major credit cards, debit cards, cash or also by bank transfer.

What is the status of my order?

If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order on our Order Status Page. You can also email us to check your Fair n bright order status.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is a 6-digit number preceded by the letters “OR”. You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of your checkout process, in the confirmation emails you received after you made your purchase, and on the packing slip that came with your shipment.

Return Policy

Can I return merchandise?

We cannot offer any returns or exchanges. However, it will be our pleasure to allow you to inspect the item in person at our warehouse with an appointment (which you will be able to schedule at checkout).

Send us an email with a link to the same item at a lower price on an eligible site (listed above) within 24 hours of your purchase from Fair n Bright.

How will you apply my refund?

The amount of the price difference will be credited to your original method of payment.

What is the VIP Service?

It is not always easy to decide on open-boxes online without first seeing the product yourself. That is why we want to make you feel as if you were actually present beside the product, saving you time, and will, on demand, give you reasonably more information about the condition of a product including pictures of  the imperfections if there is any. Keep in mind that you will be able to inspect the item in person at pickup time before buying it

How can i demand more information?

You can simply send an email to Care@fairnbright.com demanding specific information like pictures or you can also log in and use the live chat feature if you have a question. For more pictures about a specific imperfection, please allow 24h for them to be taken and sent to you.

Is VIP Service free?

Yes! However, to be considered a VIP you will first need to sign up for a free account.
